Single Session 1:1 Coaching/Consulting

This single session coaching/consulting package is suitable if you want to achieve an important personal or professional goal. In the Ideal, we will advise you to benefit from one coaching/consulting session per week.

(1) 45 minute call

You will receive a single 45 minute call with me where we discuss what has been going well and what needs improvement. We will also talk about how to overcome obstacles and set new goals.

But if for personal or professional reasons you cannot or do not wish to benefit from one coaching/consulting session per week, you can plan the sessions according to your needs.

A 20-minute call with me to get started

This package includes everything you need to start working towards your goals. It includes a 20-minute call where we set up our first meeting and discuss your goals and how we can work together.

How do the coaching sessions take place?

Coaching/consulting sessions take place via GoogleMeets or phone call. Appointments are scheduled one at a time according to your schedule. You can reschedule your session if you are unable to attend.
